I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when I was 5 and was in and out of hospital all my life. I missed so much school. I got a job after I left school but I became so ill that I couldn't stay.
Then, after a 15-month wait, I received my double lung transplant. Since then I have been living my life how I always wanted: going on trips, keeping fit, seeing friends and enjoying cooking.
I am also now a trainee nail technician. Without my donor none of this would have been possible; I am eternally grateful.
